The kick-off meeting took place from February 10 to 13 2011 in Sihanoukville, Kingdom of Cambodia. The meeting was highly interactive and organized in presentation and discussion sessions. Organizational issues were handled and all departments presented their project brief which includes graphical presentation, consolidated reports for 2010, development plans and recommendations with the intent to align each department's undertanding of the respective project procedure and objectives, and to also forge a more effective teamwork for all within the company.
