A slight twist to the customary meeting, SEANET incorporated a team building exercise into 2013’s Kick-Off Meeting which saw the gathering of teams from Cambodia, Myanmar and Malaysia.
The 3 days 2 nights event took place at Avillion Admiral Cove, Port Dickson.
Under the guidance of professionals from Fish Camp Learning, the team had a blast with the fun and challenging activities that were designed to motivate, encourage team bonding, cohesiveness and collaboration as well as to enhance the team’s performance and development.
Overall, the team building exercise was indeed a great and beneficial experience that would empower the team to improve; in work and in their personal lives.
